I’m sitting on his bed
Im watching him through the window
I want him to kiss me today
I long for him to kiss me one day
I look at our picture together on my wall
I look at his picture in the yearbook
I want him to call me
I want him to notice me
I talked to him in the hall today
He noticed me in the hall today
We will be together forever
I will wait for him forever
He asked for a girl’s phone number
He asked me for my phone number
He made a new friend today
I made a new friend today
I hope this isn’t the start of a tragic ending
I hope this is the start of a wonderful beginning
