Child's Christmas Dream.
He goes to bed so quickly
His eyes heavy, a little mind so wide awake
To count the hours until morning
So excited, he just can't hardly wait
At last, it's Christmas morning
'Wake up, Mom and Dad, come see what Santa's brought me'
As he's shaking our bed in haste
To look upon each present
And to see his name
Quickly tearing the wrapping,to see what it brings
A room full of paper, ribbons and bows
And right in the middle, sat a little face all aglow
The look on his face, so full of joy
A little boys dream, happens on Christmas morn.
