Have you ever tryed to seise a moment
a single second when time took your breath away
to stop the pain to keep the tears maintained
to clear your mind and not search for the divine
Have you ever broken a heart had to
start over from a life torn apart
lost something you were never meant to find
said some words that weren't to kind
Have you ever lost control when life took a toll
cryed so hard that the tears left scars
wanted someone to care so much that all your
dreams slipped away from your touch
Have you ever screamed so loud that the
clouds came crashing down ... or made
a mistake that lasted forever
but kept you awake
Have you ever ran so fast that your
heart skipped a beat ... cut so deep
that the blood quickly seeped ... your
last thought as you bled was easy to see,
one question you always wanted to ask...
"Have you ever loved me?"
