Waiting For Him.
It's been a couple days now,
I can still feel you with me,
I wish I could be with you,
But I know I've got to wait.
Your handprints are still visible,
In my mind anyway,
My heart pulses the way it did,
When you were next to me.
Slowly I'm coming down,
Leaving that high behind,
It will come back soon,
When the waiting is over.
