The Demon Slayer - A Cruel-Love Story. The hero walks the path To face the wrath Of a crimson demon lord For a princess with hair of gold To rescue from the villain's evil grip. Devil's slash of whip To summon fiendy djinns; A call of howling winds Comes forth to protect his hide, And ghastly hounds ally to stick by his side. The air is whirling, The beasts rise hurling To snatch a hero's cry of agony. The virgin's whine at her hero's fall From the earth climbing vines forth will call To wind around the devil's hounds And banish them deep to the earth's core. Her blood-made tears at the vision of her hero's tragedy Die and fall, and turn into divine melody. "You cannot be!" And rose to his knees, The celestial mantra turned into breeze. Dawn from the sky; A heavenly light scorches the night And steals away the demon's sight. Out of supreme devotion to his cause, With eyes severe and visage strong, To chase away the freaks that to this world do not belong, A hysterical dash born of zealous rage died into a refulgent gash. To mourn the beast defeated: The rain; the tears undone, Crawling on a tree that never met the sun. The virgin ran to chase the arms of her valiant knight She was the trophy born to please his sight. Now she is the mother Shedding her last tear, Because the newborn child she's loved is no more near. To her lost she sings her mourning, As her sweet voice is softly waning: "Little demon don't you cry Shed no tears when people lie" [ Back to "Fantasy, Mystical Poems" page ] |
