Journey Home.
I step on the bus and find a seat
I've missed the rush hour, what a treat
I get out my book and settle down
As the heavy wheels start to turn round
But almost as soon as we leave the station
I'm overcome with sheer frustration
I can hear a rap song start to blare
The ch av at the back just doesn't care
He turns his mobile on full volume
And plays his songs like in his room
He has no respect for anyone near
The smirk on his face makes that clear
But I, for one, won't stand for this
I stand up with an angry hiss
I march over to where he's sat
And ask him what he's playing at
"It's public transport, not a rave
Put on some headphones and try behave
Have some respect for the rest of us
Or take yourself right off this bus!"
Everyone around began to cheer
And the ch av looked almost close to tears
He quickly switched off his noisy phone
And everyone relaxed for the journey home A^©
