Now and then.
The past never seems to let you escape
and the future is never easy to read.
The past makes you who you are
and the future always seems to change it.
The past is full of lies
while the future is full of promises.
The past seems to haunt you day to day,
while the future can be so intimidating.
The past is ful of heartbreak and lessons learnt,
while the future is full of opportunites and love.
Never forget your past and what you went through
BUT don't let that stop your from welcoming the future with open arms.
