Annie.
Yesterday was a sad day for many
One young girl by the name of Annie
Seemed to of been in a nasty accident
An accident that seemed to leave a big dent
In many hearts, especially mine
But only time
Will tell
If anyone can recover from this well
Or if they, collapse and die
God may you keep a wistful eye
On the beloved mourners
Many have sunken low into corners
Already you know
Please don't let all these people throw
Their wonderful careers and awesome lives away
Because I cannot think what Annie would say
Watch over these people with utmost respect
And teach them to see Annie as just one aspect
Of their lives and not the whole deal
And in memeory of Annie, ask the men to kneel
She'd feel like a queen
If only her smile could be seen
She'd make everyone happy again
Including me, her parents, her pop and nan
Their lives have saddened now Annie has gone
From dusk till dawn
They will not smile
Not even at a giggling child
So please God, my dear, wise Lord
Help these people to ward
Off their worries and plan
They WILL see Annie again.
