Another Night.

Here you could see the painted road
of black and smooth
edged with clouds of smog above
Surrounded of poor houses, red bricks and sadness
marks of old with shitty places
Its scratch of lights, from the tall splintered poles
it brightens the nude
of two-face neighbors
towering their houses of placid used
Here this could my last night tonight
blackness has the sky
its velvet too red of blood
it hides the piecings of dirty cops and fights
Barbecues were done hours ago
beer bottles are opened
and talks turns to low
whispers are hard to hear
eyes that glare
too much to watch for
trying hard to hear a gunshot in the air
All turns to blur
their little ones are dead
but still here they are, too drunk to shed a single tear
I opened a fourty
too late to think
because as a car goes by, I couldnt see their guns pointed at me
i take my last breath
i was gasping for air
i hit the ground
couldnt even finish this cobra beer
