As you kill yourself.
As you're having the time of your life
As you're drinking, smoking, getting high
I can see that slowly, ever so slowly your dying
I watch you kill yourself, while I sit here crying
One of you has already left me
She didn't listen to my plea
For her to stop, and save herself
Now I sit here lying all by myself
Soon you'll leave me too
Every single one of you, everyone I knew
Someday soon life will catch up
You'll lay there dead next to your shot cup
Oh, look, are you seeing?
As another leaves me with her wrists bleeding
Now I'm here with one less
I'll never sort out this mess
I try to ask you to stop
Hoping I'll get to you before you flop
But you don't listen as I cry
You just keep sitting there, getting high
Before my life's half over most of yours shall be done
You'll find yourself sitting unable to stop what has begun
You'll drink your last shot and then you'll die
Or maybe it'll happen while you fly high
I hope that you won't leave
Because I'll sit here and grieve
Because worthless is my life here without you
Without you, my friends who helped me as I grew
And I'll sit here, feeling lonely
I'll sit here, it'll be me only
And then, my own life undone by my own hand
Because without you my life is worthless, don't you understand?
